Genesis CTE Ltd was founded with a profound vision: to bridge the gap between social care and clinical therapeutic practice. What began as a single home in the heart of Gloucestershire has grown into a leading regional provider, operating a network of therapeutic residential settings and specialist educational provisions across England and Wales.
Today, more than 170 colleagues care for children across Gloucestershire, Worcestershire and Pembrokeshire, in six small, family-style homes in the countryside and three specialist SEND and SEMH schools. Our team brings together qualified residential care workers, nurses, specialist psychologists and teachers, all working together around each child.
Our approach is trauma-informed, with specialist understanding of attachment, trauma and risk-taking behaviours. Each child's care is shaped around them, and learning sits naturally alongside everyday life at home. We're here to support young children, adolescents and young adults with social, psychological, behavioural and mental health difficulties, and to help them grow into secure, happy adults.
