Educational Care

Arrive with a past.
Leave with a future.

A specialist independent day school for children aged between 7 and 18 years, Hartmore School offers bespoke educational packages for children with complex Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Each of our provisions works under the same child-centred and therapeutic approach and ethos that supports every child to thrive in school, whatever their previous experience. We believe we can make a difference to the future of each of our pupils — creating an enjoyable learning environment and the chance to make up for lost opportunities, giving each individual in our care the foundation and confidence to move towards adulthood.

Our Approach

A specialist pathway through therapeutic excellence and tailored learning.

Our schools provide small class sizes, high staff ratios and a broad academic and creative curriculum — built around each pupil rather than expecting each pupil to fit the system. Learning sits alongside therapeutic support, so every young person is given the personalised attention and emotional containment they need to flourish.
